Leticia Nieto, PsyD, LMFT, TEP is a leadership coach, psychotherapist, and educator specializing in liberation and equity, cultural responsiveness, motivational patterning, and evolutionary creativity. Her 2010 book, Beyond Inclusion, Beyond Empowerment: A Developmental Strategy to Liberate Everyone, is an accessible analysis of the dynamics of oppression and supremacy that offers readers ways to develop skills to promote social justice.
Dr. Nieto is internationally recognized for her expertise addressing social justice concerns from a developmental ecological perspective, including orienting to systemic transformation, survivance, song and poetry, relational repair, joy, radical rest, intersectional coalition, and awakened activism.

Bunny McKensie Mack is a leading voice on power, politics, and pop culture in a global marketplace. A trilingual tech enthusiast, future economist, and award-winning entrepreneur from the Southside of Chicago, Bunny is the Founder and CEO of MMG EARTH, the first Black and nonbinary-led research and change management firm in the U.S. and Boundary Work, a public service platform dedicated to raising collective awareness on boundaries and offering educational information for the betterment of culture, systems, and society.
As a researcher and student of using data for justice and liberation, Bunny has published several research papers on the impacts of practices and policies at the intersection of race, gender, class, disability, and LGBTQIA+ identity. Bunny has been featured in Teen Vogue, NowThis, Fortune, Business Insider, Fast Company, TechCrunch, GLAAD, and many other platforms for their radical approach to building new worlds where everyone can be treated with dignity and mindfulness.

Nkem Ndefo

Nkem Ndefo is the founder of Lumos Transforms and creator of The Resilience Toolkit, a model that promotes embodied self-awareness and self-regulation in an ecologically sensitive framework and social justice context.
She brings an abundance of experience as a clinician, educator, researcher, and community strategist to innovative programs that address trauma and inequity, build resilience, and shape liberatory change for individuals and organizations throughout the US and internationally.
Nkem is particularly interested in working alongside people most impacted by violence and marginalization.
Most recently, she led a multi-year embodied diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism initiative for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.
